Refund policy

Everything below explains those three lines, plus the two situations people most often mistake for refund cases: an expired invite link, and access dropping mid-term. Neither costs you anything, and neither needs a refund to put right.

You are entitled to a full refund of what you paid us if:

• You have not activated your voucher yet and you change your mind. Tell us before you click the link.
• We cannot activate your plan. If we cannot deliver a working voucher for your account, you pay nothing — and anything already paid comes back in full.
• We cannot honour the replacement guarantee. If your access stops mid-term and we are unable to reissue it, you get a refund for the unused remainder of the term, calculated pro rata by whole months.

Refunds go back by the same route the payment came in, wherever that is possible.

Specifically, no refund is due where:

• the voucher has been activated and the plan is or has been live on your account;
• you decide you do not need Sales Navigator, or do not use it as much as you expected;
• LinkedIn restricts, suspends or closes your account for reasons of its own, including breaches of its User Agreement;
• you changed the primary email on your LinkedIn account after activation without telling us;
• you gave us details that were false, or that belonged to an account you were not authorised to act for.

On the monthly plan there are no part-month refunds. A month you have paid for and activated runs to its end. To avoid the next one, tell us before it begins.

Your invite link is valid for 24 hours from when we generate it. If you do not get to it in time, nothing is lost.

Ask us through the contact page and we issue a new link at no extra charge. Your term starts when you activate, not when the first link was made, so you lose no days by activating late.

Contact us and we reissue your access for the remainder of the term you paid for. That is the replacement guarantee, and it is the first remedy — not a refund.

Only if we cannot reissue does this become a refund case, and then it is a pro-rata refund of the unused remainder as described above.

If you are a consumer in the UK, the EU or another region with a statutory cooling-off period, you normally have a right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days.

For digital services delivered immediately, that right can be lost once performance begins — but only if you asked for immediate performance and acknowledged that you would lose the right. So, plainly:

Nothing in this policy removes a right you hold under the law that applies to you. Where this policy and your statutory rights conflict, your statutory rights win.

We aim to respond within one business day and to settle approved refunds within 14 days of agreeing them. If we turn a request down, we tell you which clause above we are relying on, so you can disagree with something specific.
